help video deleted
my daughter has deleted a video from my iphone4 and i did not sync it before. haw can i recover the video?

Photos & Videos taken by your phone are included in the iPhone backup. However, if you have not synced since taking the video in question, or imported it to your computer, that means it is not part of your iPhone backup. Thus, there is no way to recover it. It's gone.
