iTunes store does not load .

Same here in Chicago. Can't access my account, download App updates, etc. Tried both my MAC and Ipad...have internet connection..but can't connect to my acct on itunes. Seems widespread problem. Wait it out I guess.

Seems like an SSL certificate issue on their end (hard to say for sure).

Nothing to do but wait until they fix it 😟

...and also here: in Singapore, with US account, German account @ SGP account - can access iTunes Store, but not login with any of my accounts - "Can't connect to the iTunes Store. Network connection timed out".

Also creating a new ID 'stalls'.

Maybe to do with the upcoming iCloud reset planned for coming Mo,?

I am curious how/why it seems like SSL cert issue to you. Would you mind explaining? Again, just curious.

Same problem here in NY. All devices and Mac not connecting to store for downloads. Signed out of my iMac account and cannot get back in.

Speculation is the UARS satellite has struck the iTunes store on the intarwebz.

I'm most likely speaking out of my wrong orifice about SSL since I really don't know how iTunes builds its secured links 🙂

The iTunes diagnostics says it cannot connect securely... so I just tried a bunch of https links in a browser to see the SSL certificate served by default on itunes.apple.com is linked to domains

a248.e.akamai.net *.akamaihd.net and *.akamaihd-staging.net

What is more likely is that secure link to iTunes are load-balanced towards these domains and the issue is most likely something else entirely.

Both my girlfriend and my iPhone can't update apps over wifi. iTunes won't update apps and store doesn't work.
