My iPhone 3G is still linked to my ex-husbands apple ID.
I have tried to go through settings, Store, and changed the ID to my own.
When I try to use app store, it asks for password to HIS acct, not mine.
Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you have apps installed from hes account. I recommend a fresh start, ie a restore in iTunes.
OK, I wnt to itunes and re-logged in.
Is there a more specific way to restore?
connect your iPhone to your PC/Mac with the USB-cable. Then go into iTunes and klick "Restore".
I also deleted all apps from the phone. Problem: when I go to app store (on phone), it says Updates and I can't see how to decline/delete these updates.
OK Im connected and in iTunes...dumb question but where is Restore? I can't find it.
On the summary tab. You have to select iPhone under devices on the left hand side.

I have 2 apple id's. One is linked to my itunes, ipad & desktop, the problem is my iphone is linked to the OTHER apple id and I cannot find out how to change it. I did do a complete reset in itunes (twice) and it went back to the orginal id - even when i restored and set up as NEW phone (did not restore it to previous settings).
Gotta be a way to accomplish this?? Any advice?
