I dont think this is the best forum for your question, but you can se the carriers coverage on their website and prices. Try to compare the price and se if the carrier you prefer have coverage on the place you plan to use your phone the most.
See if the carriers available in your country have their own forum, certainly most of the ones in the UK do.
Location, location, location. As far as quality of signal and service, the best info is to ask others who live or work in your locality and areas you frequent. This can vary widely depending where you are.
