Q: I have my iPhone stolen, what to do now?

My iPhone 4 has been recently stolen. I lodge a complaint and I started the practice to block the IMEI code in Italy.
I had the find my iPhone-application installed but it's not capable to locate my smartphone
What else can I do now? Must I inform Apple about what happened? In which way? Can they do something?
Sorry for my English, I'm Italian!

Apple can not do anything about it. If the thief has turned the phone off or wiped it, Find my iPhone will not be able to locate it. There's really nothing you can do beyond what you've done. What you should do is change all your passwords immediately!

    Dear Support Team,

Kindly be informed that my iphone is stolen and it has confidential data on it but unfortunately, the mobile is in the offline mode so I can not locate it

Do you have any tracking system that you use in order to be able to send me the location of the mobile ?

Please consider this issue as this is very crucial

    Regards,

Did you not read the post above yours? There is no other tracking system besides "Find My iPhone," and that is for lost iPhones, not stolen iPhones. Apple does not get involved in situations like these - they don't have the resources and manpower. You'll need to let your local authorities know, and look for it yourself. If it's offline, you're out of luck as far as it sending a signal.
