AOL password not working in iTunes

I went to upgrade some apps on my iPhone today and when I went to log in with my AOL password (which is how I've been doing it since getting the phone) it said the password was invalid. After that I plugged the phone into the computer and went to upgrade through the iTunes store on my PC and when I went to log in through AOL is again said the password was invalid. This is not true and just to confirm it, I went through the process of resetting my AOL password to what it's supposed to be.

Everythint else that access the AOL account like my Gmail is completely fine. But iTunes won't accept the password. Everything I do in the store is linked to that account and I need this problem fixed ASAP.
