Ask them, its their program, if a uninstaller is required or not.
Most programs can be simply dragged and dropped into the Trash, like the method used for files.
Really there isn't a need for extra program removing software, it's on the developer to provide uninstallers if a drag and drop trashing doesn't suffice.
Dragging an App to the trash leaves back files which build up.
Very tiny files like preferences and such, just in case you reinstall the program.
If you truly want to remove all traces, you have to consult the developers site what is installed where and how to remove or do a complete wipe and reinstall of the operating system/reverse clone if your paranoid.
Most responsible honest developers provide a unistaller or rely upon the simple drag/drop/trash method, are comfortable in the fact that people don't want to use their program anymore and wish to remove it.
There is no way a third party "app zapping" programs can keep up with all the of changes developers make with all their tens of thousands of programs. Some zappers have resorted to using "searching" which lists all what the app zapper program THINKS is a associated program file. Some people have flagged the wrong files by accident and deleted them with strange issues to occur later.
Deal directly with the developer about how to remove their program, as they can make changes anytime.
If you don't trust the developer then reverse clone. If you don't know how to make a optional bootable clone with Carbon Copy Cloner or Superduper on a external blank HFS formatted drive, then find out. It's the ONLY sure way to make sure any unwanted code is off your machine.
Your question of "How to delete/remove AppZapper" raises a interesting point, how come they didn't include a uninstaller for their own program?
Smells like scambait, just like MacKeeper. They get on your machine and don't provide a way to remove it, any program like that needs to be treated with suspect as they are up to no good right away.
I've heard so much good about AppZapper and was amazed how many people used it..
But now I emailed them asking how to completely uninstall it because now I know the natural way to completely uninstall apps without third-party Software.
Just want this AppZapper off my computer.
A program can delete itself easily, because it's loaded into RAM to operate so thus all it has to do is remove it's own installed files and reboot the computer and/or quit.
Run the App Zapper installer and look for a unistall option or drag it's sorry assets to the trash.
Look on their website for complete uninstall instructions.
That's the thing-They dont have an uninstaller. Once it's installed..It's hard to uninstall..
But I got this issue sorted already as I did a clean install of Lion OS
Try using AppDelete by Reggie Ashworth, an alternative to AppZapper.

It's a piece of cake.
Hey, what did you do to get it off your computer because I'm having the same issue.
Heres the files/folders I found while doing a manual uninstall (I'm deleting it after installing the trial version. I have not zapped an app using it yet so there may be more if you've used it to zap anything or if you've registered it):
