Will GBTV be added to Apple tv?

I just spoke with Apple Support for AppleTV on this issue. Right now, GBTV is NOT AVAILABLE on AppleTV, which is a bummer; but, GBTV IS AVAILABLE ON THE iPAD and THE iPHONE, by downloading and using the GBTV App. that is in the Apple App. Store on each device. I tried to use AirPlay while watching GBTV on my iPad and only the Audio came through on my AppleTV, not the Video. The Apple Support guy told me to contact GBTV about it because they are the App writer, not Apple; so, Apple has no control on how their GBTV App works. So, I do plan on contacting GBTV about it. He also told me to wait a week for Apple's iOS 5 update to come out for the iPad and the iPhone 4 because there is a NEW UPDATED AIRPLAY that has an AIRPLAY MIRRORING function in it. Here's what Apple says about it:

AirPlay Mirroring

Wow your audience in the board room, classroom, or living room. AirPlay now supports video mirroring. Which means you can wirelessly — and securely — stream whatever’s on your iPad 2 or iPhone 4S to your HDTV via Apple TV. Everyone in the room sees exactly what’s on your iPad or iPhone display up on the big screen — even when you rotate your device from portrait to landscape or zoom in and out.²

Note #2. AirPlay is compatible only with the second-generation Apple TV.

The only issue now is: It says "iPad 2 or iPhone 4S" in Apple's description (above). Does that mean it will not work on iPad or iPhone 4? I'll let you know in a week, when I get my update installed. Here's what Apple says about using SPECIFIC APPS.......Tap the AirPlay icon on your iOS 5 device from a specific app — Photos, Videos, or Safari, for example — and everything streams to your HDTV via your Apple TV. Connect your device and Apple TV to the same Wi-Fi network, and the AirPlay icon automatically appears.

Mirroring will not work with iPad 1 or iPhone 4

Apple tv does not "mirror" GBTV as of 10/19/11 - need pole tv SW ver 4.4 they say

Yes you need 4.4 to mirror. Ther server may be off for direct update, but users are reporting that connecting to iTunes via micro usb works.

Note: you need iPad 2 or iPhone 4S, mirroring will not work on earlier models.

Airplay Mirroring does require the newer devices like the iPhone 4s -- but normal Airplay will work on an iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 to an AppleTV 2 (The new little black one).

I can watch GBTV on my TV via my iPhone.
