Why does Youtube say the Apple Loops Soundtrack are copyrighted when you have them as part of Final Cut Pro which you have the license for?

Well when will Apple get onto Youtube and tell them people who buy Final Cut Studio Pro own the music loops in Soundtrack and are copyright and royalty free? Especially the orchrestal melodies. Any input appreciated, especially from Apple.
