2011 13": Will RAM upgrade make significant gain?

Hi,

I am contemplating of upgrading RAM. Do you think there would be a substantial gain in performance if I upgrade RAM from 4GB to 8GB on my 13" MBP 2.7/i7? I don't see the beach ball anymore as often as I used to on my previous 2010 13" MPB 2.4 C2D. I work on Lightroom 3, Apeture and Swift Publisher 2 with all three open and going back and fort between apps. I still see the beach ball. I however want it to appear less frequently if not completely.

Have a read here Mac OS X: Reading system memory usage in Activity Monitor and look at the Activity Monitor when using your Mac in the "normal way" with all three apps open.

Pay special attention to the 'Page-Outs' as these indicate whether you need more RAM or not.
