Change the font size of annotation note in preview

Years ago other people asked a related question which to my knowledge has been solved in newest preview(5.5). Right now you can change the font size of your annotation if you chose "Add Text" feature, moreover, the text is left-aligned now.

However, I prefer to keep my command off the document, so it is better to use "Add Note" feature instead. The default font size for text there is too small for me but I have no way to modify it. The ironic thing is, although we can access the font info by hightlight the text and right click to chose "show font", none of changes made there can be recognized. According to font info, preview in my mac fixes note to Helvetica 12 pt.

I also tried to change default font of preview by the following command line

defaults write com.apple.preview NSSystemFontSize -int 18

This, although does change default font for "Add Text", does nothing to "Add Note".

Do you guys have idea what should I do?
