Why do I get "Content not available" error messages from the Help Center?

I get this message when I attempt to access a Help topic (in this cace it was while within the System Preferences window). It goes on to say "This information isn't available because your computer isn't connected to the Internet." However, I am on the internet (even as I type this), yet I still can't get past this error message. What is the solution?

Thanks

I too have th same problem. When I enter a term in term Finder Help menu, I sometimes get a list of sub-topics, but often just:

Content not available

This information isn't available because your computer isn't connected to the Internet.

To view this information, connect your computer to the Internet. If you have trouble connecting, use Network Diagnostics.

I tried deleting plist files, but no help 😟

I have been having the same issue since I had changed to Lion.

I deleted all those help.plist and helpviewer.plist files in both /Library/Preferences and ~/Library/Preferences and even deleted all the cache files as suggested in another Mac forum.

Still no change. The issue remains on my MBP 10.7.2. I have a high speed LAN connection... No idea why I get this error message.
