You didn't mention placing iPad into recovery mode and attempting to restore again. So I'll take a chance and refer you to another support document. (If you have already tried this, just ignore me.)

For what it's worth, try to explain what you tried or what support documents weren't helpful. Saying that you have tried everything doesn't give anyone trying to help you a place to start.
