Hi, I've built quite a sizeable amount of credit in my iTunes store account. Is it possible to use this credit against purchases (say iPhone accessories) from the online retail store?

iTunes credit can be redeemed for music, movies/video content, and iOS apps in the itunes store, books in the iBookstore, and OS X apps in the Mac App Store.
The Apple Online store (for physical items that are shipped to you- Macs, iOS devices, and accessories for them) is a seperate store with seperate payment methods.
Ah, I only asked because I made a purchase from the Apple Online store a while back and I used a different credit card to the one associated with my iTunes store account but a few days later I was unable to purchase from the iTunes store account as it asked me to confirm the security code on my credit card. I was inputting the security code for the card that was linked to the iTunes store but it turned out that when I used a different card on the online store and set it as default card it also changed my iTunes store card to the new card also so I was wondering if the two were linked somehow.
Can I use iTunes store credit against purchases from the online store?
