the slider doesn't work when i receive a call ?

Does it work at other times, for example when unlocking the screen?
Does it happen for every phone call, or only some?
I find that this happens to me every once in a while. When it does, I turn my iPhone off, and back on again, and that usually resolves it. You can do this by holding the Sleep/Wake button, then sliding to power off.

No way to calibrate the screen.
Is your iPhone jailbroken, or running apps in the background? This behavior usually indicates other things are vying for the resources of the iPhone.
Not at all. I already put it off my sim card, but it doesn't work ? There's a way to bypass the slider ?

I'm not sure what you mean by "put it off my SIM card."
If you get an incoming call, you can bypass the slider by using the included earbuds. Press the center clicker, and the call will be answered.
However, that's not a long-term solution. To really resolve the problem you could:
- Restore the iPhone to its factory settings, to see if it still happens. If so, it's a hardware problem.
- Take it in to Apple for service.
