Using F7, F8, F9 in iTunes

Hey everyone, firstly I'd like to thank you for taking the minute to read this and try to help me out.

Basically my question is, is there anyway that I can map my F7, F8, F9 keys to iTunes like it does in OSX. If you're not understanding what I'm talking about, in OSX you can use the F keys to control your iTunes, Quicktime or whatever even when you're not tabbed into it. Is there anyway that I can do in Windows 7?
