I have a new Mac Mini 2011 and I just connected a 23 inches Samsung SyncMaster (PX2370) via an HDMI cable. The fonts doesn't look very well. Images are ok, but I'm very disspointed with the quality of the texts on the screen.
I checked the settings and there are not many things to change. Does anybody has a suggestion?

The mini supports up to 1920x1200 via the HDMI cable. The syncmaster supports 1920x1080. You should be able to set the resolution up to that.
Which mini do you have? Does it have the intel or amd graphics? How much memory does the computer have?
Actually I got the same issue and tried different resolutions. The problem seems to be with color deep. It is just like set to 16 bits color deep.
I kind of solved that using and Mni-DVI to VGA adapter. Got it working but not using HDMI.
My MacMini is a Mid 2011 edition.
