Conversion of Lotus Notes (Mail) to Mac Mail format

Hi

Is there any methods to convert a Lotus Notes mail file (.nsf) to Mac Mail format or other formats that can be imported into Mac Mail?

The scenario is:

Switching mail system from Lotus Domino to Mac Mail and thus, users' mail files need to be able to convert to Mac mail boxes and hopefully without loosing their existing mails.
