How can I disable FaceTime at the router level by blocking port/hostname?

I want to be able to totally block the FaceTime functionality in my home network. I would like to do this at the router level. Does anyone know the hostname or IP address that the FaceTime application uses? Or which port it connects to?

Awesome info. Thanks for posting that, Dave. From looking at that chart I can see there is not a specific FaceTime port. It either uses common ports or the ports are also used for other applications. It looks like doing port blocking would disable other functions.

53 MacDNS, FaceTime

443 Secured websites, iTunes Store, FaceTime, Game Center, MobileMe, AirPlay

3478-3497 FaceTime, Game Center

5223 Apple Push Notification Service MobileMe, APNs, FaceTime, Game Center

16384-16387 RTP, RTCP,FaceTime, Game Center

16393-16402 RTP, RTCP, FaceTime, Game Center

Hopefully someone knows the host or IP address and I can just block that.
