I am running iTunes 10.4.1 64 bit.
Need to deauthorize a device. According to the web link attached there should be a "manage devices" button to do so but there is not.

That button is not on mine. After the "deauthorize all" button is the "purchase history" block.
Here is my screen shot (personal info erased)
And I take it you have authorized at least one computer or iOS device for automatic downloads from the iTunes in the Cloud Beta?
Here in the UK we don't have options for Music as yet.
My best guess is that Manage Devices button isn't there because you don't have any devices registered so far.
