MacBook Pro Casing Sticks Out

Hey,

I recently bought a Customised MacBook Pro (320gb to 500gb) which got delivered on Tuesday.

I noticed that the bottom right-hand corner of the casing underneath sticks out slightly.

I'm going to contact Apple later today, but does this sound like it was put back together properly or could it be from the delivery?
