What is the easiest way to add titles to a project? I need to identify the people in my movie

I have 45 minutes of video and 200 or so photos that I need to edit into a project...and I need to identify the people in it easily. What is the best and fastest way to do this?

iMovie (iOS), Mac OS X (10.6.8)
