My standart apple headphones become bad and I want buy a new heaphones, but not from Apple. Do they will works on it?

In the stores I've seen only headphones with remote control and microphone, but iPod Shuffle doesn't use this microphone.

Any pair of 3.5mm headphones will work with your iPod. Even with a mic, although you will not be able to use the microphone with the iPod. But that doesn't mean they won't work.
Do all headphones with remote control will be suitable for iPod Shuffle 3g?
