MacBook Pro causes high latency on network
I have a 2011 MacBook Pro (bought a few days after the new model launched).
Since buying it I have had problems with my Internet connection going very slow on my home network.
If I run a continuous ping to a website (e.g. www.google.com) from another computer on my network then shortly after the MacBook comes online, latency will increase from circa 50ms to in excess of 800ms (plus timeouts etc). When the MacBook goes offline then everthing returns to normal.
It happens regardless of whether the MacBook is wired or wireless
Has anyone got any experience of this?
I never had any issues with my previous MacBook Pro....
