Can I insert downloadable files in dvd pro besides the videos to include?

Read the section in the manual; " About DVD ROM discs"
Essentially you just hit the checkbox and choose the folder that holds your content...

OH, I FORGOT: Can I add a button on the main menu to download de file?
I don't think so. (Unless that is something that can be done with a Script, which I know nothing about)
They just have to open the disc contents and copy it off.

Todd's got you covered - but no, there is no script which can start the download for you - the user has to navigate to the content and double click it to open it in an application, or drag it to a desktop, or right click it to... oh... you get the idea... :-)
