The stocks app on my iPhone 4 Home Screen disappeared. How can I get it back? I've tried using Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout with no success.

Yes. Checked all pages and it's not in any app folders, either. But, thanks for the suggestion.
You may have disabled it in restrictions. If all else fails, restore the device to get the factory apps back on.

Swipe left of your Home screen. You'll see a search field.
Type in stocks

Did a Restore to Factory Settings and Restored from Backup and the Stocks App is back where it belongs. Have no idea what happened to make it disappear, but all seems to be well now. Thanks, all, for the suggestions.
Thats one way to fix it. Sometimes apps can be turned off in restrictions. That would have been my first place to look.
And that's why before you came here Aibyss suggested it and the OP said they looked and Restrictions were not turned on. Did you read the whole thread?
