Need to retrieve iWork '09 activation key more than 18 months old

Changed my hard drive and need my iWork '09 activation key to reinstall iWork family pack. I know it used to be accessible under my purchase history at www.apple.com because I recently got a new computer at work and loaded iWorks up there, activiating it with the reg key I retrieved from online. But now I can't find it under my account info, probably because the site only lets you retrieve 18 months back (Stupid! iWork is more than 2 years old at this point!). What to do?

MB Pro 15, Mac OS X (10.6.8), And: iMac 4GB 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

I was not aware that iWork '09 needed a key. The off the shelf version does not. '08 did have a key though...

If you have bought iWork '09 on a CD you do not need a key of any kind. If you have bought a serial number to unlock the trial version you should be able to get it again from Apple Store

Go to Support at the Apple Store on your website and ask.

I've never used it and it isn't that hard to find:

You account info on the apple site only goes back 18 months. So I cannot "see" back far enough to see that sale. Three months ago, I could still retrieve the key. Now I can't. Now waht?

I should call Apple store.When I have bought items I have not just done it over Internet. Last time I used the phone number provided for Swedish Apple Store. It was nice people to talk too and they could help me.
