Now Michael, don't get all bunched up. First of all, it's pejorative, not 'perjorative', but I'm not a grammar school teacher. Secondly, I apologized for my comment about the 1%er's. Thirdly, I love to use fanboy whenever I can because it has a certain ring to it...kind of a humorous thing. Just like the 'peace out', being that I'm a 60's veteran and always love to throw that in just for grins.

So, to the crux of the matter...Apple's moral compass (commercially speaking)...from a strictly capitalistic viewpoint they made the right decision to market Siri only on the 4s. Look what it has done for the sales for that device. Who can argue that logic? I suppose my remark goes more a wish on my part that after some period of time (let's say 3 months) that Apple (which makes oodles of money) would allow Siri to run on the iPad 2. It's not that big of a request for the richest company in the US and would do more to improve Apple loyalty. That's all I am saying on this matter. I'm happy either way with my iPad and iPhone. So, serioiusly? Yes. It's not an oxymoron to use flamethrower and peace in the same sentence. 🙂

Youre all wrong. The reason Apple isn't putting Siri on the iPad is that because Apple can't guarantee it will work. On the iPhone 4s ull always get 3G from a carrier or ull be connected to Internet. Don't forget that you pay money every month for the iPhone. For the iPad Apple can't guarantee the pad will always hav internet connection. Again, remember you don't pay every month for the iPad. Only once to get it. Apple also won't put it on the iPod because Siri has gone from "Beta version to alpha" because instead of learning from questions and getting smarter it has gotten dumber. It is not answering questions the same good way it did when it came out. Apple is trying to fix he problem. I don't think people pay eveyr month for internet connection on the iPod so thast may be another reason for not putting it on the iPad.

Oh, well THAT's different. THAT makes it true. Now, since you are being rude to other posters, let me tell you why you're wrong:

The iPad is NOT necessarily Wi-Fi only, it is capable of connect to the Internet on a cellular network. So that rules out your claim about making it useless because it's Wi-Fi only. And for the other ones, setting up Personal Hotspot is very easy so you can share a 3G connection with an iPod touch, Mac, or any other device that would only have Wi-Fi otherwise. And, lastly, what's wrong with using Siri on Wi-Fi? There's Wi-Fi available almost anywhere. Why can't I use Siri at home on my home Wi-Fi?

Now kindly leave the discussion, as you have nothing to offer except a rude attitude towards others who are trying to help, and, as you like to call it, "invalid information."
