what time is iOS 5 released
i know that ios 5 is set to release on october 12th but what time is it avaliable that day? like 12 pacific time or what?
iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.2, iCloud

Save yourself some frustration. Wait until the 13th.
Later rather than sooner, unless it's earlier. But even that depends on the time zone you're in.
Apple from the past release the IOS around 1 - 5 in the afternoon. When they are ready you get it. If you get it now or later it's not going to change your life so just relax. My guess is 2 pm EDT but nobody knows.
hi im on UK/London time.
i know everyone is asking the same question but, does anyone know roughly what time previous updates were released.
The last time a major iOS update was released it was around 6pm UK time. However, that doesn't necessarily mean it will be the same this time around.
that does make sense though its the same time as the annoucement at well 10am usa western i think 1pm usa eatsern and 6pm uk.
so would make perfect sense to be the same and ill be at work grrrr oh well thank you for the answer btw.
Personally, I don't plan on updating tomorrow. I figure EVERYONE will do that and it will be frustrating and I don't need that. I'm thinking doing it in the middle of the night.
I don't have to be the very first to have the new upgrade. It's not worth the trouble.

I'm thinking about 1-2 am my time would be a good time. It wil be the next day in Europe/Asia. And I'm generally up at that time anyway these days (I hate being sick)
