My 4yo child downloaded a number of "free" apps on our iPad and charged $100 worth of coins in the Bakery Story game.  I am beyond upset and went on to a series of these apps that are completely geared towards kids...the icons are cotton candy, ice cream, donuts, etc.  A password is not needed to purchase these coins. Rather, a pop-up menu appears with stacks of coins and dollar amts beneath them.  There is literally a $39.99 option for coins!!!!!  This is being offered to my 4yo.  I now have a $99.99 charge from this game.

I tried to dispute the charge in my iTunes acct and whenever I get to the specific disputed charge and click "report a problem" it opens up a web browser into iTunes help.  The tutorial says once "report a problem" is clicked I should have drop-down messages to describe the report and submit.  Instead I get thrown back into an iTunes help web browser.  I've uploaded the most recent iTunes software (10.4 I believe) but again same result.

Can someone PLEASE help me here?  How do I solve this technical issue as I can't get a live body on the phone...thanks in advance.

There may be nothing you can do since the terms of the iTunes Store say that all sales are final, and Apple provides tools for you to lock out purchase of in-app items or other content from the iTunes Store to prevent this sort of thing from happening (Settings -> General -> Restrictions on the iPad). But you can ask. Go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. Pehaps there will be something they can do for you. I would suggest you immediately disable in-app purchases and iTunes and App Purchases to prevent this from occuring again in the future.
