Microsoft keyboard on bootcamp.

Hey Everybody. I've recently bought a new keyboard (Microsoft Comfort Curve 3000) to work with bootcamp. Soon did i find out that the keys are still mapped like my apple wireless keyboard. For instance, When clicking the hash key on my keyboard it does this \. And if i try and put in a @ sign it does this ". If anypone knows how to re-map these keys or restore to default, tould be much appreciated.

Thanks Very Much.

Since upgrading to the latest version of bootcamp this morning, I too am experiencing this issue. This is a major issue for me as I now don't have access to my hash/pound key from any key from what I can tell. Shift 2 produces an @ glyph instead of double quotes and shift apostrophe produces double quotes instead of the @ glyph. The hash/pound key is also effected.

I can't see any way to reset my keyboard to a windows keyboard instead of Apple. This seems like a major oversight in the latest version of bootcamp which I am now wishing I hadn't upgraded to. If there is a way to get around this other than hacking the registry or using third party software which hacks it for you I would love to know. If the issue could be fixed even better.

Hi yabsley,

I'm using a microsoft keyboard since my little son put some coffee over my Mac-Keyboard ... arggggh. Well, I was able to resolve the key-problems by installing drivers from Microsoft Support Website. Now the keyboard works for MAC OS X & W7-Boot-Camp perfectly. Did you check Logitech Support Website. It could be that they have special drivers or other fixes for your key-problems.
