Network users dock trashcan not working

We have Lion Server 7.1.

If I log in via a network home from a 10.6 box the trashcan works normally. files and folders dragged into the trash show up in the trash and can be emptied.

If I log in on a 10.7 box the trashcan seems to be pointing to the general home sharepoint instead of the users .Trash so when you drag something to the trash it will ask if you want to delete it immediately.

Something is getting screwed up between 10.7 client and 10.7 server that doesn't happen with 10.6 client and 10.7 server.

10.7.2 partially fixes this. The issue does not seem to much on the server side as the client side since the behavior varies from different client versions of 10.6.8 (works perfectly), 10.7 (doesn't work), 10.7.1(sometimes work depending on where you are dragging from), and 10.7.2 (works 90% no matter the source but needs to be securely emptied). Now stuff can be moved into the dock trash and shows up in the dock trash but the Trash cant be emptied unless I do a secure empty trash. Better than before but not perfect.
