Turn off conversations
Good morning. How do i turn off "conversations?".
I have followed the "help" suggestion and looked under "view" and "collapse all conversations" but I cannot get it to select that option.
Any help appreciated.

"Turn off"? Do you mean you do not want messages grouped into Conversations at all? For that, View > uncheck "Organize by Conversation".
"Collapse all Conversations" means to put all messages in a conversation into one window, which sounds like the opposite of what you want. That option will be grayed if conversations are already collapsed.
