Yikes! IPOD touch problems!

Question

I just bought a brand new ipod touch and it wont let me open the app store, the same with youtube, and many other things, how do i open it?😕

Do you have Wi-Fi or 3G? Or are you connected to the internet through your computer?

have u turned the wifi on,

on the ipod its self go to settings wi fi on, find ur wifi and connect to it and u should be able to get on the app store, u tube
