Will the ios5/iPhone 4s and the nokia bh-903 finally work together?

Nokia makes a great BT headset-the BH-903 but it does not work w/ the iphone. Does anyone know if the ios5 upgrade will help that issues? Also, does anyone know of a wired stereo headset w/ background noise cancellation/assasination? I have gone through so many wired headsets looking for one that allows the person on the other end to hear me well. Also, I cannot find a BT stereo headset w/ background noise cancellation (there are plenty w/ noise isolation but not what I seek)?

The Nokia headset does work w/ the iPad (1&2) when talking on VOIP as well as being able to listen to music, watch/hear videos...
