It's not possible to use the Samsung (or any other display) via your WiFi as a second display wirelessly.
You have to use a deticated 3rd party wireless display adapter. See Google for "wireless display adapter"
If you want to use your Samsung to stream e.g. video's to it, you have to use a uPnP-DLNS server on your Mac.
