Keyboard shortcuts on Macbook Air

Hello everybody,

how can I make keyboard shortcuts (for example restart, shutdown, etc...) that require Eject button, on a Macbook Air?

I have surfed all over the Internet, without finding an answer.. I hope this community can help me!!!
