You need to start from the app, assuming that it has an email function, that contains the files that you want to send as attachments. The Photos app allows you to send up to 5 photos on the same email, but if you want to send multiple file types then you need an app that supports all those file types. I use the GoodReader app which supports quite a few document/file types (e.g. PDF, Excel, Word, pictures), and from that I can select multiple files (including different types) and attach them to the same email.

Thanx King. But how do I attach Multiple Documents made using Pages / Keynote/ Numbers App. How can I add a Page Document, a Keynote and a Number Document as separate attachments in the same, single mail. GoodReader is not identifying Pages/ Numbers/ Keynote documents , hence Iam not able to attach them using the Good Reader route you have suggested.

Unfortunately, you can't do o t this time. For now, as the above poster stated, any attachment must be sent in an e-mail from the app where the attachment is derived. So if you wnt to ttachba file from Pages, you have to do so from Pages itself. The iPad mil client does not allow you to searchbthe iPad or attachments and no browser based e-mailnlient suports browsing the iPad for files. I hope this answer is thorough enough for you. Take care.
