How do I upload files to online application forms from my iPad 2?

Hi

I'm travelling at the moment and am planning to find a job at my next stop in Australia. I'm trying to apply for jobs via recruitments agencies using their online forms. However, they all require my resume to be attached to the online form. How do I do this on my iPad 2? Thanks
