Please help me, with transferring contacts from my IPhone 4 to my outlook, using ITunes? I am only able to transfer data from outlook to Iphone but not vice versa? I am going mad... trying to do it....I will be ever grateful for this help?

Yes Ingo... but that did'nt help..i tried syncing with Windows Address Book also.. But same problem- Contacts added in WAB get replicated in Iphone, but new contacts made in Iphone do not replicated in WAB.
I am confused, does Iphone even allow 2 way syncing with Outlook 2003 or any other software like Outlook Express/ Windows Address Book? It seems to me that only 1 way sync is possible i.e. any change made in Outlook/ WAB gets replicated on Iphone, but not the other way round???

I just bought a new Iphone4, and While contacts from the iPhone synced to outlook once, it stopped happening after that.
The apple shop representative mentioned, that sync from Ipone to outlook happens only the first time a new phone is synced. Is it possible?
I also heard about this paid software called TouchCopy11, which allows transfer of data from Iphone to outlook. Does it work? It's quite expensive around 30$. Please guide, if it's worth it.

Did you already try again to reset the sync history since you have got the new phone?
If you added or modified contact info on your device, all changes should be mirrored to Outlook on your computer every time you sync.
I have never used "Touchcopy", but you can download a Trial version that will work for 15 days:
