Does anyone know whether I will be able to use VMWare Fusion on a MacBook Air?
I am already using it on a MacBook Pro with great success but when I mentioned that I was going to change to an Air I was told that it wasn't possible.

Works like a dream for me.
It depends on how many RAM you have. You need at least 2GB of RAM to run VMware Fusion.
It works just fine on the MBair. I'm running 3.1.3 but version 4 is out and has the best compatibility with Lion.

Fusion V3.1.3 works great for me under Lion. I tried v4.0.1 but switched back due to it being a somewhat premature release.
What's great about Fusion virtual machines, you can simply copy the entire VM to your Air and hit the ground running...
