A while ago, iTunes detected a new software for iPod and asked if I'd like to update it to the latest version, which I did. A few days later, when I connected my iPod nano to my computer, an error message appeared on iTunes saying: "The software required for communicating with the iPod is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes to install the iPod's software." So I removed iTunes and related components from the Control Panel, and after restarting my computer, I proceeded to reinstall iTunes. However, towards the end of the installation, a message popped up saying: "Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services." No matter how many times I hit "retry", the message would still show up. I've gone through a few similar threads at this forum, but unfortunately nothing has yet proved successful to me. What should I do? I'm at my wits' end!
