Logic 9 freezes while opening

Recently migrated to new computer. I copied all my original project files to a new, bigger hard drive and it seemed to be working fine. However, today when I tried to open Logic, it freezes while trying to open the last open project.

I am not sure if the problem is with the project file or Logic. I did a reinstall of Logic and it still freezes. I tried trashing the preferences, but I can't seem to find the file that tells it which file to open on startup.

Is there a way for me to force it to open without trying to open a project?
