Q: connecting a pc to apple 30 HD cinema display

I have an Apple 30 inch cinema HD display.  I usually have it with my old macbook pro.  But I now need to connect with my work PC if possible.

Is there any adapter available that I can use?  My work pc is dell latitude...I wish someday that the business world switches to apple but for now, I need the big screen to work at home..Would appreciate any advise.
