Yes. The app is free from the App store, If you do not have a 4G iPod you will need a microphone.

Thank you very very much!!!! So i go to the app store and just download it? I have it on my personal pc too... will that make a difference do you know?.... lol i'm sorry if i sound like an idiot... i'm not good with computers lol... sad huh...
You can either download/install it directly to the iPod via wifi and the iPods' app store or download it to your computer and sync it to the iPod.
