my ipod 6th gen wont turn on at all

i let my sister borrow it and she broke it but it was still working. A few days later it died and i connected it to my computer and ever since it wont turn on. I dont know whats wrong

iPod nano, Windows 7

Take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you.

If you are still under warranty or have Apple Care, call them asap.

You could also try reseting it. Hold down the volume down and sleep/wake button till you see the apple logo.

If that does not work, connect it to your computer with iTunes running, then hold down all three buttons until iTunes puts up a dialog box, then let the buttons go. Then follow the directions to recover the nano.
