Is there a way with iCal to see the schedules of other people on an Exchange network? In Outlook, I'm able to see my if my coworkers are free or have time blocked off, but unable to see a way to do that on iCal.

You can invite your coworker to that event. Or am I missing something?
No, what I'm referencing is what Outlook refers to as "Scheduling Assistant." It allows you to see everyone's availablilty while you're setting up a calendar invite to ensure that the time you are proposing is open on everyone in the organization's calendar.
Ah ok, normally when you invite someone you'll see the line "Availible Meeting Times..." right under the "invitees" line. When you click on that, it opens a windows with the free/busy plan from the invitees 🙂
