Well this printer does work on Mac OS X, so for the sake of other readers thinking about this model or with a printing problem what you have said is not correct. Yes, it is not working on your Mac and based on this I can understand your frustration and comments. But for the record the LBP7750Cdn is working on other Mac's, it's working fine on a few Mac's in my office running Snow Leopard and Lion, so there is no need for Canon to say it does not support OS X.
If you are still willing to try to get this printer to work then there are a couple of things I will suggest. The first is determining what options you have with the printer as this can influence what approach you take.
In my region of Oceania (Australia and New Zealand), the LBP7750Cdn supports the PCL5c and Postscript printer languages, as well as having the Canon proprietary UFR2 language. Do you know if your LBP does have Postscript support? Also, are you trying to connect to the printer via Ethernet or USB?
If the printer does have Postscript and is connected via Ethernet, then the first test you can try is creating an IP-based print queue using the HP Jetdirect-Socket protocol and selecting Generic Postscript for the driver. For the Socket protocol you only need to enter the IP address of the printer, no queue name is required. And with the Generic PS driver, the printer should let you print an A4 document from any application. So could you try this and let me know the outcome?
