Nov 21, 2011 6:54 PM in response to Thedoc247by JMC911,Pretty cool. I just got an iTunes update to 10.5.1.42. I'm sure the maximize bug is fixed.....wait....oh, it's not.
I really like my iPod, but think it's ridiculous that apple relies on it's user community to come up with solutions for software issues.

Nov 28, 2011 4:40 AM in response to Thedoc247by mathman2011,I echo this too. Apple, fix this problem !
BTW, this business of un-maximizing iTunes then stretching it is a nonsense. Even when you shrink the iTunes window, you still cannot see the Taskbar.

Dec 2, 2011 11:03 AM in response to Thedoc247by mlewisarch,I'm noticing this is one of the most heavily commented posts within the Apple online community, particularly when you add up this and the at least five other strings. Is Apple uncommited to fixing this problem - suggesting they aren't interested in our concerns? Has anyone thought to ask Siri either a) if she knows how to fix it or b) the timeline for Apple to fix it? Perhaps she knows - I would ask but don't have her/4s.

Dec 2, 2011 6:42 PM in response to Crater1SRby thebballman,Still broken. This is really starting to irritate me....... can't believe a patch hasn't been released yet.

Dec 7, 2011 1:49 AM in response to Thedoc247by Whirlwings,Adding name to list- created account purely to comment on this!
This is close to two months, at least two updates and many massively commented on posts with no fix!
Hurry up.

Dec 7, 2011 12:48 PM in response to Thedoc247by mspowell,I wouldn't think it would be that tough a fix, in theory. I mean, I'm definitely not a computer programmer, but since the problem didn't exist in earlier versions of iTunes, it's obviously something about the new version that's causing the problem, right? Since it only happens with iTunes and no other program I use, including other media programs, I doubt it's a problem with some third-party application interfering with iTunes in some way.
I've gotten used to using Alt+Tab to switch windows, but it can be a pain when I only have my right hand and can't reach the tab key easily. It would be really nice to be able to change windows in those situations without minimizing iTunes! Please, can you fix this?

Dec 11, 2011 5:10 AM in response to Thedoc247by sbalian,Thedoc247 I also use this temporary fix on Win 7 64bit: Manually adjust the window size so it looks like it's maximized.

Dec 11, 2011 5:13 AM in response to mspowellby sbalian,Even if you were a computer programmer, it would be very hard to figure out what's going on without seeing the source code!

Dec 11, 2011 12:28 PM in response to Thedoc247by indiesteeze,I am having the same problem. I feel like this is not a priority for apple at all, because it is a windows issue. I'm switching to Foobar from now on.

Dec 12, 2011 3:51 PM in response to Thedoc247by Thedoc247,iTunes 10.5.2 is out and the issue is still here (at least on my laptop) . This is getting ridiculous.

Dec 16, 2011 4:12 PM in response to Thedoc247by extracrispy,I thought the latest version of iTunes would surely fix this problem... but I'm still experiencing it.
I'm actually considering switching to another music player if they don't get this fixed. That seems extreme but it's really an irritating bug.

Dec 18, 2011 12:15 AM in response to Thedoc247by mspowell,10.5.2.11 hasn't fixed it, either.
Seriously.
