deleting apps

I want to Delete Infinity Blade from my Iphone,but just temporarily to make room for more pps,but if i delete it my progress will be gone,is there a way to backup the app onto my pc so that i can delete it then later on download the app with my progress still in tact?Like is there a way to go into the App documents to take teh save data and transfer it onto my PC's harddrive?
